William L. Mcdonough, MBA

Mr. McDonough specializes in identifying business solutions, for the Financial Services industry, in the area of Finance Transformation. With 30 years of experience, he is focused on serving insurance clients in the areas of property/casualty and reinsurance with an emphasis on CFO agenda - financial reporting, regulatory compliance, cost savings initiatives, M&A and risk management. Mr. McDonough was most recently an Executive Consultant with Willis NA, dedicated to Tyco International’s Risk Management group and more specifically, interim CFO for their Captive Insurance program. He was responsible for improving workflows and reporting and identifying cost savings opportunities. Prior to joining Willis, Bill was an Associate Partner with IBM’s Global Finance group, responsible for sales & delivery of Finance Transformation solutions to the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining IBM, Bill was a Associate Partner in Ernst & Young’s Business Risk Services Practice and previously a Director in the Insurance segment at BearingPoint, Inc. where he was responsible for Finance Transformation solutions to a diverse client base. Industry experience includes various Senior Financial Executive roles at American International Group, Inc. and an extensive career as Regional Property/Casualty Controller & Treasurer with Beneficial Insurance Group.
Mr. McDonough has a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
