Jeff Fritsche, J.D., LL.M.

Mr. Fritsche has over 14 years experience in federal and international tax consulting. Since 2004 through present he has served as the tax director of an innovative insurance company based in Manhattan. In his role Mr. Fritsche is responsible for all aspects of the tax function, including federal, international, state, policyholder reporting, premium taxes, municipal taxes, payroll taxes and financial statement reporting. He has performed due diligence tax support for potential acquisitions and dispositions as well as internal support for internal restructurings and capital raise efforts. Mr. Fritsche has broad exposure to tax planning for purposes of structuring, product offerings and various legal memoranda, including stock purchase, asset purchase and intangible agreements.

From 1996-1998, Mr. Fritsche worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP and from 1998-2004 he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. For both these firms, Mr. Fritsche was employed as a tax consultant specializing primarily in the financial services industry but also had broad exposure to a wide array of clients on both the federal and international arenas. Mr. Fritsche's education includes an LL.M. in taxation in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.S. in accounting from Seton Hall University. Mr. Fritsche is a member of the Bar in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
