Ms. Bodenstein is an attorney who has over 20 years of experience practicing corporate and securities law, shepherding public and private companies at all stages of development through entity formations, venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings (including PIPES), reverse mergers, domestic and international mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Her practice has encompassed all aspects of corporate and securities law, including Securities Act registrations, corporate governance, Exchange Act reporting, NASDAQ and exchange regulations, commercial finance and management and shareholder matters. Ms. Bodenstein has represented clients in a diverse array of industries, including digital media, technology, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, energy services, real estate, investment management and finance. Her clients have included public companies and private investment funds based in the U.S., Canada, Israel, China, the United Kingdom and the British Virgin Islands.

Ms. Bodenstein is a graduate of University of Michigan Law School and University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
